Mighty Mitochondria Smoothie

Serves: 1 serving
- 1 c baby spinach
- 1.5 c water
- ½ c almond milk
- ½ c frozen blueberries
- 2 scoops collagen protein powder
- ¼ avocado
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1 tbsp sunflower lecithin
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- Start by blending liquid with spinach (this helps to break it down)
- Add the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth.
- Serve!
