Ingredients
  • 1 c baby spinach
  • 1.5 c water
  • ½ c almond milk
  • ½ c frozen blueberries
  • 2 scoops collagen protein powder
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 tbsp sunflower lecithin
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Start by blending liquid with spinach (this helps to break it down)
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth.
  3. Serve!
